There is a large magnolia tree out in front of the house and I needed to thin it out a bit to help sunlight come through to the garden. I channeled my inner kid, grabbed a hand saw, and started climbing. It had been a while since I’ve climbed a tree, but it’s not unlike learning to ride a bike, you never quite forget.
After about 30 minutes of me up a tree, a landscaper down the street saw me and asked if I needed a hand. Um, yes please. Alberto was his name and pruning trees was his game.
What would have taken me an hour, took Alberto+chain saw+25 minutes+$50=job done!. He cleaned everything up and hauled it away. So, if you’re in the market for a landscaper, he does great work and is experienced for many years 😉 I’m definitely going to use Alberto’s services in the future!
All of my seeds are in, now time to catalog…
